You may also page support by email at emergency@ambigc.com. 24 hour a day emergency request support is only available to customers under current contract. If the contract does not specify emergency support, emergency support will be billed at US$250 per hour.

Non-contract support may be available using our on-line forums. Please refer to our knowledge base and FAQ for the specific product or server first. Additionally, any bugs or broken functionality should reported to the bug tracker for the respective development group at http://dev.ambigc.com.
